Teresa Fibrich

Teresa is the wise oracle at LTSA (our Student Support Officer). Teresa has worked in the RTO sector for over 13 years, having owned and managed her own highly successful RTO, whilst working as a trainer and assessor. She worked closely with her students and graduates helping them develop good business practices, build their confidence and skills, and to motivate and inspire them through their studies. Teresa is passionate about helping students achieve their potential, and overcome personal challenges. She is also passionate about her own self-development and has completed a Diploma of Counselling. Nostalgia is one of the reasons Teresa loves libraries. She still remembers her first visit to a library in Poland at the age of 6. She finds it’s a place where people’s thoughts and imaginations are captured in thousands, if not millions of pages, that take us to new places and enable our own further development as humanity. With regards to books and reading – her formula is simple. If she reads one book a month, she will read twelve books every year. In five years, she would have read sixty books and would be sixty books smarter. If she didn’t take the time to read, in that same time she would be sixty books poorer, and less smart. Her favourite book is, and will always be Anne of Green Gables by Lucy Maud Montgomery.
